Smells Kief!!

So we got the pro's to sniff out our red and white... and they're soopa impressed. "Crisp and Fruity, with a tropical nose, hint of green fig and a citrus finish on the palette" Next we opened a flagon of our red - " Blackberry Fruit nose, soft tannins and a bacon / oaky finish"... Take that and smoke it sportslovers - your world cup blend has arrived!!!

Nooit! You won't believe how good the first wines from the cellar are. We knew we were onto something good, but 'Kazaam!!' - the white blasts your tongue away with fruit - It'd be perfect with fruit skewers at a Kirstenbosch sundowners concert - and the RED... Always knew it was gonna be a winner - but it is super smooth and AWESOME to drink - nailed it!! Stoked. Well done to the farmers and cellar Oppieweskus - dankie Len en Pieter- jou dorings.

Bingroc Wines first production run!

After months of tasting, blending, choosing labels, hand bottling, auctioning pre release samples for charity (from R700 to R 12 000!!!) - our bottles are finally being filled at the cellar up the West Coast. Hopefully we'll have a case for the cricket at Newlands on Friday night! Just in time for Christmas.
The white's a crisp Sav blanc/ unwooded Chardonnay and the red is fantastic!! Shiraz/Cab blend.
